Logger32 - Latest upgrade to v3.38.0

Κυκλοφόρησε η αναβάθμιση του Logger32 v3.38.0 για όσους έχουν ήδη εγκατεστημένο το v3.3x.0

Οι τελευταίες αναβαθμίσεις είναι οι εξής:

1) Bug fix to ADD Window where duplicate times were not incrementing correctly.
2) Cosmetic change to horizantal scrollbar on the Logbook Page Window.
3) Cosmetic change made to IOTA Spot Map. Additional color selection menus added.
4) Bug fixed with STX not updating correctly in the Logbook Entry Window.
5) Bug fixed with Primary/Secondary Admin Subdivision Window not showing correctly.
6) Previous QSOs Window can now show QSOs with home call. New menu options added.
7) Bug fix for Logbook editing copying data from previous QSO.
8) Bug fix for HamQTH not copying IOTA to the Logbook Entry Window.
